Heya folks, hope you're all fine and dandy ^^ I'm slowly but surely getting to grips with my OCs once again and what I mean by that is reminding myself of their personality traits, back stories etc. I've got so many OCs who are either unnamed, haven't been used in a commission yet and don't have a full body ref sheet so I'm very interested in any recommendations on artists offering commissions currently! It would be greatly appreciated

I am also looking into filling any plot holes/backstories that currently have no explanation like Makosa who was exiled from his father's (Mwenye, another OC who desperately needs more love) pride. Of course I'll be looking into more commissions of good old Nova, Akili and even the forgotten brother Tian

One more thing I want to add on to this, I'm very happy with my increased activity back on DA and I am enjoying myself, definitely the best I've felt here since the good old days that's for sure. Many thanks to those of you who have been so kind and supportive to me recently, you know who you are

Well who's this stranger? XD Hello! it's been a long long time since I've been active here, thought I'd drop by and attempt to shake off the cobwebs. Feeling a tad bit rusty here due to the break I've had, just going to take things slow for the moment though I want to make sure to check in as much as I can and reach out to friends I've not spoken to for a while, I'll try to get to you as soon as possible, I am still very much here and I have not forgotten any of you that's for sure!

I don't want to get into a full blown breakdown of what's happened during my time away but to sum it up, it has been full of ups and downs, pretty much like any other year, each one bringing new challenges to face. I feel refreshed after rekindling an old hobby of mine, mountain biking! I bought myself a brand new mountain bike and have been venturing out on weekly rides, taking in some local sights, exploring the surroundings and just enjoying nature in general

Anyway I do hope that this year has treated you all well so far, I shall be doing my best in easing myself back into the community! Show some much needed love to my OCs in the form of commissions and whatnot

Okay so I was tagged by my good friend Fari to post some facts about my OC Nova I was supposed to do this either back in 2019 or 2020 honestly I can't remember I'm so sorry for not doing this sooner XDD I thought I'd give it a shot now just for some light-hearted fun and to finally shed some light on Nova and some of his family members x3 Feel free to participate with facts about your own characters!!

1) Nova suffers with Thalassophobia, in other words he has a crippling fear of deep water/dark bodies of water, this can prove problematic for him when travelling and whenever he is required to hunt as prey have no problem crossing bodies of water.

2) He is the original heir to his father's pride and he did, for a very short while and with the aid of his mother Alika, rule as king. It didn't take long for Nova to decide to step down as his responsibilities lay elsewhere with being a single father to four cubs.

3) Nova is the eldest child of Mwenye and Alika, with his three brothers Akili, Makosa and Tian. Akili and Makosa are twins both born after Nova whilst Tian is the youngest and last born.

4) He has a good relationship with his brother Akili whilst having an understandably strained relationship with Makosa along with his family due to his actions and eventual exile. Though loving and caring for his younger brother Tian, they tend to be apart due to Tian's constant disappearances and isolation from the family.

5) Nova dedicates his time fathering his four cubs: Thiago, Maya, Dawn and Theo. His mother and the cub's grandmother, Alika, helps with raising the cubs along with occasional appearances from their uncle Akili (Definitely the cool uncle XDD )

Hey folks! It has been far too long since I've posted anything, I can not apologise enough for how distant I have been for not only the past year but the past few years I won't go into too much detail as everything has been said and done. Since early 2019 I hadn't been coping well with the shear amount of emotional distress, 2020 came along and well.. we all know what happened and what we are all still going through, I just hope all of you have been coping well and have been safe

Nothing really has changed on my end other than my age, still settling into the new-ish home with some changes to the layout in the process. Time has seriously flown by, I know it's cliché to say but sometimes I can't help but be astounded at how much time has actually passed, I have started to question when things actually happened and how recent they were or how long ago they were now not sure if I have mentioned that I am an uncle now or not, but yep, my lovely niece was born back in February 2020, don't think I'm going to be the "cool" uncle with the horrendous lack of social skills thanks to anxiety but I try

I do just want to say to the lovely friends I have made here over the years, I am deeply deeply sorry for disappearing and never checking in, know that I feel incredibly bad for it and that I promise to try reaching out more often.. things have been tough, I am still in a form of recovery with everything that has happened, It will take much more time but for now I will do my best to stay active. Thank you for everything you have done for me over the years, my gratitude is nowhere near enough to pay back all of the help
