Received a fated message from a former coworker that a position will be opening up at the company I used to work for due to someone leaving, should be hearing something official sometime next week but it's the news I've been wanting to hear. If I wasn't made redundant back in June last year, this year would have been my tenth year with the company. I won't get too ahead of myself yet since it's just a crumb of information but it's definitely a relief to hear that they're doing their best to get me back and to hear this news so soon when it's only been two weeks since I left my last job, I was prepared to take time off until May with a backup job if things didn't go to plan but let's see how things pan out! :D
Continuing a theme of finally giving names to the countless unnamed OCs of mine and left to gather dust XD This gal here, who I've decided to name Jamani (Swahili name for kind-hearted) is Nova and his brother's auntie, Alika's sister ^^ - As I'm currently unemployed and plan to take a break until May, I've been planning to use all this free time on working on a decent family tree as well as looking into a potential AU :heart:
